Chapter 3: He's Back.

CHAPTER 3: HE’S BACK

    Among all of the days in one week, Tuesday is the most BORING day of the week! I’m not sure why I hate this specific date, but I just hate it. Maybe it’s because William isn’t in the same class with me today and Michael has no class. But it’s so boring! God help me, end this day quick!

    Suddenly the class door opened and comes in a familiar face. That light brown hair, hazel eyes and charming smile. Could it be?

    “My name is Aaron” he said. My jaw nearly dropped when he said his name. Aaron Vance. I can’t believe my eyes and I think I went deaf when he introduced his name! He’s back. Our lecturer pointed out an empty seat on my right (which is Williams’ place) and he walked over and sat down next to me. I tried my best not to let him see me blush; so I covered my face with my note book.

    “Hope” he called. I slowly turned and look at him. His smile made me melt, “I missed you” he said.

    It has just been half of the day and already he has girls drooling over him. I try to avoid him but wherever I go, he follows! He’ll even wait for me outside of the girls’ room! Stalker! I let him follow me until the campus garden.

   I turned towards him and before I had the chance to say anything, he quickly hugged me. He whispers in my ears, “I’m sorry but now I’m back again”. I pushed him and replied, “What’s with the hug? Don’t tell me you came all the way from Paris; enroll in the same campus just to apologize?” he faintly smile at me and replied, “No. I came back for you”

        The minute I step in my room, I quickly lie down and just beg myself to sleep. Somehow the words that were spoken out from the lips of someone whom I used to care; was replaying in my head. I couldn’t hear anything else other than my heart beating fast…

    What am I thinking? Why should I waste my time thinking about someone like him! I mean, it’s not that I am thinking about someone else… I just… Don’t like him anymore. Those days were already gone and Aaron is just my friend.
